1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@zweih.com with the subject “Copyright notice”.
2. What to include
- Your name and contact details;
- A description of the copyrighted work;
- Where the content you believe infringes appears in the Services (a link or enough detail for us to find it);
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the content and let the user who posted it know.
4. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you can send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the content that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake.
5. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe other people's rights.
